Our Maintenance Essentials plan focuses on annual tune‑ups, inspections, and efficiency checks. Includes the following for both your furnace and air conditioner:

• Cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
• Efficiency testing
• Safety checks
• Service reminders
• Priority booking

The Maintenance Plus plan includes everything in Maintenance Essentials plus the following:

• First 2 hrs of service technician time for repairs (with some exceptions)
• No diagnostic fees
• No after‑hours charges 
• 10% discounts on replacement parts or equipment
• Priority service

The Maintenance Premium plan includes everything in Maintenance Plus, along with the following:

• No cost for technician time (max. $1,000)
• No cost for replacement parts or equipment (max. $1,000)
• Covers other equipment, including Fireplaces, HRV/ERVs, Humidifiers, and Heat Pumps
